The pets of the week are Pilgram, a tricolored female Pekingnese mix in cage D27, and Milly, a tortoiseshell female cat in cage C42. The Animal Care and Adoption Center of Texarkana, Ark. has 116 dogs, 27 puppies, 34 cats and 21 kittens for adoption, said a shelter official.
